In this Agreement:

the “Customer” means any person or business who places an Order with Oxford Event Hire Ltd.
the “Goods” means any items sold or hired by Oxford Event Hire Ltd. under an Order.
“Oxford Event Hire” means Oxford Event Hire Ltd., a company incorporated in England with company number 5410307 and a registered address at 95 Old Road, Headington, Oxford OX3 8SX.
