JOB DESCRIPTION & PERSON SPECIFICATION

Location:

Headington, Oxford

Position: 

Sales Coordinator Part Time (Temporary with the chance of becoming permanent)

Hours:

8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) 

Salary:

£8 - £9 (Dependent on experience)

Contract:

Part-time, temporary

Day to day Tasks

  • Dealing with all sales enquiries via email and phone

  • Inputting and amending all hire jobs on to a CRM system

  • Ordering non stock items

  • Linen stock check (weekly basis)

  • Taking payments via online payment terminal

  • Regularly updating all OEH social media platforms 

  • Updating OEH website

Skills Ideally Required

     •  Previous event / catering experience preferable

     •  A polite, friendly and personable manner

     •  Good communication skills
