Please note that Oxford Event Hire Ltd. offers a delivery only service. We regret to inform you that customer collection and return is not possible due to insurance reasons.

To allow plenty of time to setup for your event and re-pack your equipment for collection, Oxford Event Hire Ltd. will deliver your hired items the day before your event and collect the day after. If your event falls on the weekend, Oxford Event Hire Ltd. will deliver the Friday before, and collect the Monday after (unless otherwise arranged).

Delivery/collection is charged for a door-to-door service and does not cover delivery into the premises.  An additional charge may be payable if you require delivery to specific area(s).

Please ensure hired equipment will fit through doors as Oxford Event Hire Ltd. cannot accept responsibility if equipment will not fit.  Aborted deliveries may result in additional charges.

Oxford Event Hire Ltd. provides equipment under the condition that your order is re-packed as supplied and all goods left where delivered. This is to help ensure our drivers keep to schedule. Failure to re-pack equipment for collection may result in a £25 charge.

The inability to deliver or collect your hire in accordance with your Order Confirmation may result in further charges.

Delivery / Collection times and costs:

•  A single charge is payable for delivery/collection in accordance with the following chart. Deliveries within the ring road over £200; free of charge.

•  Oxford Event Hire Ltd. will deliver and collect your hired items Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. 

•  Delivery/collection Monday to Friday outside of the above delivery/collection times can be booked for an additional charge - please call the office.

•  If a more specific delivery time is required, an AM or PM delivery slot can be booked for an additional £15 (subject to availability).
